Commission terms

This is an independent-contractor, commission-only position — not employment. You earn 10–20% of what a client you personally brought in and closed pays Lilium Labs, and only after they actually pay us. There is no base salary, retainer, or guaranteed income. You are responsible for your own taxes in your own country — Lilium Labs does not withhold or file taxes on your behalf.
