§ 02 — How we work
We make these promises in writing because they're what makes Lilium different from every "all-in-one" platform that ends up owning your customers, your content, and your data.
Your site is bespoke. We write it the way a senior engineer would — clean Next.js, no page builder, no plugin soup. The repo is yours from day one. If you fire us, the site keeps working.
Your customers pay you, into your bank, via your Stripe account. We charge a small platform fee on each successful payment and never touch the funds. If we go offline tomorrow, your money keeps flowing.
Inbox, bookings, services, content, ads, payments. That's it. We don't add a CRM module to compete with HubSpot or a chat module to compete with Intercom. The bar is "does a coach use this every day."

Day 0 · 30 min
A free 30-minute conversation. We learn your business, your offer, your unfair advantage. By the end we either book a build or tell you honestly that you don't need us yet.
Days 1–3
We draft wireframes, copy, and a visual direction. You see a clickable Figma prototype by day 3. We also seed your Lilium Studio workspace with services, pricing tiers, and your application form.
Days 4–8
Custom code your site in Next.js. Wire it to Lilium Studio for inbox, bookings, and payments. You review weekly via the live Vercel preview link. Two rounds of revisions baked in.
Day 9
Deploy to your domain. Phone push notifications turned on. We hand you the GitHub repo and a 30-min handoff session. Optional monthly retainer for content, ads, and tweaks from here.

Your site stays where you built it — Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, your own VPS, whatever. Lilium becomes a quiet data backend behind it. Paste two environment variables, redeploy, done.
